Lake Sauce (also locally known as Laguna Azul (English: Blue Lagoon)) is a lake in Peru. Lake Sauce is a lentiscus-type body of water of tectonic subsidence, with an area of 430.80 hectares. The town of Sauce is located on the lake's edge. Sauce is surrounded by pastures, resorts, and the Ministry of Fisheries' Centro Piscícola Sauce (English: Sauce Fish Center).[1]
